MR Studio Creator and developer. A browser-based editor for drawing, publishing and exporting MRI and NMR pulse sequence diagrams. React and TypeScript, with a shared sequence catalog and .seq import and export. Built test-first; it was also my first large project built with an AI coding assistant.

AxonDeepSeg Lead maintainer and core developer. Deep-learning axon and myelin segmentation in Python. 21,000+ PyPI downloads in the past six months, 127 stars, 22 releases. Ship and manage all releases, review and integrate contributions from a team of developers, and set the tool's technical direction. Built and own its testing and continuous-integration infrastructure; migrated CI from Travis to GitHub Actions, moved packaging to pyproject.toml, and automated PyPI release builds. Shipped the napari plugin, morphometrics QA with histogram/stats export, and an ImageJ ROI mask loader.

qMRLab Lead maintainer and core developer. Quantitative-MRI analysis toolbox in MATLAB and Octave; peer-reviewed in the Journal of Open Source Software, 2020. 178 stars, 14 releases. Built and own its testing and continuous-integration infrastructure across MATLAB and Octave, and maintain cross-platform compatibility through breaking language and dependency changes. Implemented quantitative-MRI fitting methods — variable-flip-angle T1, inversion recovery, QSM echo combination, B1 mapping, and MP2RAGE.
